Rest and restore with Yin Yoga - 4th term

This Yin Yoga class is a restorative class that would be suitable for everyone, regardless of their knowledge of yoga. If you book for the six classes term, your investment is only £39 for the six lessons- each class costing £6.50, saving you £12. If you prefer to pay as you got, it'll be £8.50. You'll need: a cushion or pillow, a blanket, a yoga belt - it any belt, towel or even a scarf something to cover your eyes with at the end you can play some soft music your end (your mic will be muted so you can play your favorite soft music) There will be a Yoga Nidra meditation at the end too! Book your dates carefully please. The classes are non-refundable.
