Every Monday, we meet online at 18:30 pm for an hour of Yoga Flow!
Each individual class is £8.50
If you book six classes you’ll get a 20% discount.
To give you more flexibility you can also choose to get the video form the class for just £1 more and this will be available to watch and practice for 7 days after the live class. The recordings will not be available after the event if you haven't booked it.
This Yoga Flow class will combine the movement and breath, giving yogis the opportunity to explore their body, mind and spirit connection.
We’ll do it online using Zoom!
You need to download the Zoom app.
Then you will get the meeting number and the password by email.
Book your dates carefully please. The classes are non-refundable.
Classes can be re-schedule with 48 hours notice.
