Yoga Nidra

This is a 30 minutes online meditation class using Zoom video conferencing. Form 21:00-21:30 pm. It is a great way to end the day! The meditation is always different and it is open to all levels. Special offer! If you book 6 sessions, you will get 30% discount on the whole purchase!! Each class costs £5, if you buy 6 and each class will be £3.50. To give you more flexibility you can also choose to get the video from the class for just £1 more and this will be available to watch and practice for 7 days after the live class. The recordings will not be available after the event if you haven't booked them. Book your dates carefully please and make sure your email is correctly spelt. The classes are non-refundable.
